My Story

Good afternoon and blessings to you! My full name is Jaime De la Cruz Grave and I feel so happy to greet you and tell you my little story. First of all, I want you to know that I have attended the Feeding Program for six years. My mother registered me due to the tasty and hot meals, medicines and Christmas gifts for free. My siblings and I have been blessed in a great way, so she is thankful.

I am twelve years old and I am in 5^th grade this year. I am in good health and I love hot weather because I like to wear my warm sweaters. I help my mother to organize the clean clothing at home. I would like to play the drums at church in the music band. As you know, we continue attending the Christian Church, and we like to learn the word of God when we listen to the sermons. We are secure to go to heaven someday because Jesus is our savior and he died on the cross for our sins.

My mother continues taking care of the family, but she also raises her hens for our consumption. My father is working as a typical day laborer to provide for our needs. He is living with us again because he is not working in the city anymore. I live with them at home and my maternal grandmother also lives with us. I am grateful to God because my whole family and I are doing well. I love you so much!
