My Story

Hello! How are you doing? I hope everything is running well in your life. This is Celestina Cac Guarcas, your friend and I want to update you about my life through this letter. I am a healthy 8-year-old girl. Today, I am repeating first grade at school. My mom takes my sister Evenly and me to school in the morning. After classes, I like helping my mom to feed our hens. We have a few hens and pigs. If we need extra money, we sell them. I enjoy playing with my siblings and cousins on weekends because everybody is free. Taking advantage of this opportunity, let me tell you that Living Water and you have blessed my family and me with food and medicine for free. I love having fried chicken for lunch at the feeding program. I like Christmastime because my sister and I can receive a lovely gift from the LW staff and missionaries.

Now, let me tell you that my parents work hard to support our family economically. My father works as a mason and my mom embroiders typical blouses. Fortunately, they are in good health. We live with my grandparents in the same house. We share the expenses with them. I am glad my family and I have been members of Ebenezer Methodist Church for many years. My parents welcomed Jesus into their hearts when we started to seek the Lord. My grandparents have special privileges there. My mom is sure about her Salvation, so a teacher of the LW evangelism team congratulated and encouraged her to continue persevering.
