My Story

This is a nice day to say hello to you in the name of Jesus and I hope you are doing well when my letter reaches you. My name is Josue David Chan Castillo and I am a twelve year old healthy boy. I am in 6^th grade at school and I am an excellent student. I have the best grades in my subjects and I am the flag bearer. I recognize that only God has helped me to reach my goals. He always gives me wisdom to study and I feel his presence in my heart. For me, Jesus is my savior. I admire my mother because she is a brave and lovely woman. She always is taking care of me. My best friend is Dilan. We met three years ago.

Let me tell you that currently, we are attending the Ebenezer Christian Church and my mother helped the LW team to collect this information. Her name is Irlanda Nohemy Castillo Garcia. Nowadays she is working as a maid. My father`s name is Jaime Eduardo Chan Vasquez and he earns a living by working as a baker. My parents are a hardworking couple and thanks to God they are in good health. They are doing their best to provide our food and school expenses, but sometimes the money is not enough to cover every need. I would ask for your prayers for our family.
