My name is Byron Abdias, I am 15 years old and I am living with my parents and siblings. I attend 8th grade, I receive face-to-face classes twice a week and I also have study guides to work at home. I deliver my homework to my teacher on days that I go to school. It has been a little complicated for my parents economically to support me at school, so I am doing my best to reward them. My father continues working for a flower exporter in the town of Zaragoza. He goes to his job by motorcycle and is the one who supplies our family needs. My mother does the chores at home and on weekends goes to take care of my grandma who is sick and needs support.
Unfortunately, the covid-19 came to affect my family´s economy because my father was receiving only half of his payment. It made things harder for us but with God´s help and my father´s job we could go ahead. Moreover, we give thanks to Living Water / Adopt A Child because they were blessing us with grocery bags and it was really helpful for us. We are sure that our Lord´s faithfulness is with us and He has been providing the necessities at home. We are deeply thankful to LW who were supporting us with food during the most difficult months of the pandemic. We pray to our Lord to bless you with good health and reward you richly for your support through LW. Thank God, my family and I are healthy and nobody has been infected with covid-19 so far. We attend Foursquare Church on Saturday and Sunday. I want to let you know that a member of the AAC team called my father, Jose Sanail by phone to get this updated information since the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. I leave you for now. Many blessings!
With much love,
Byron Abdias Sanail Yapan
