My Story

Hello! I am Diego Yobany Ruiz Jimon, and it is a privilege to introduce myself through this letter. I am 9 years old, and I am in second grade this year. I attend school in the morning and do homework in the afternoon. On weekends, I usually help my mom with the housework. Fortunately, my whole family and I are in good health. My mom dedicates her full time to taking care of our family. She also raises hens to consume at home or to sell. My father and oldest brother work on a project that provides water to the villages. Their job consists of digging ditches. They also grow corn for our consumption.

My family and I do not attend any church at the moment. Therefore, a teacher of the LW evangelism team talked with my oldest brother about Jesus. He also shared the gospel and encouraged my brother to seek the Lord. Please pray for us so we can do it soon. We appreciate all the blessings we have received at Living Water. My favorite food at the feeding program is fried chicken. Last year, I celebrated Christmas and received a gift at the feeding program. That made me feel so blessed.
