My Story

I greet you affectionately through this letter and I hope you are fine! This time LW staff shared the gospel with us and encouraged us to look for a church and seek God; we appreciate the advice, and we ask for your prayers for us. I am so thankful to God because my family and I are healthy. My mother is Susely Guadalupe Tavico, and she is 38 years old. She tries to help my father with the income by selling “granizadas” (shaved ice with fruit flavor) besides doing the housework. My father is Gerson Ruben Chicoy, and he is 38 years old. He works in a straightening and painting workshop; he is supporting our family.

My name is Jeremi Oswaldo Chicoy Tavico, and I am 15 years old. This year I was in 9^th grade; fortunately, this year I received my classes at school again, and it was easy for me to comprehend the lessons. My parents were struggling to support me at school, and sometimes they do not have enough resources due to a lack of work. The language I would like to learn is English; it is so interesting. My dream is to study to become a mechanic, it is a good profession. The climate I prefer is summer because I am on holiday, and I enjoy staying at home. The sport I like the most is football. I like sodas, especially Coca-Cola which is my favorite one. On my birthday, my family buys a cake to celebrate with me; they make me feel so special. I am so grateful to Living Water for blessing my life in many ways; the program has blessed many families like mine, so we pray for God to bless everyone who supports the program. We are in need of groceries and a table. Sending huge hugs. Every blessing for you!
