My Story

It is a blessing for me to tell you my little story, hoping you are doing fine when my letter reaches you. My name is Ashly Micaela De la Cruz Barrera and I am in 6^th grade at school. Let me tell you that God is helping me to understand my subjects. My goal is to finish my primary school. I am grateful with God and I feel his presence upon me because he has helped me to pass every grade. For me, Jesus is my savior who protects my family every day. My mother takes care of me always and I admire her. I am in good health and I am 12 years old.

My mother helped the LW team to collect this information and she is assured of her salvation because we attend the Catholic Church. We also enjoy the special thanksgiving service in which we pray to bless our seeds. My father`s name is Rolando de la Cruz and my mother`s name is Rosa Barrera. At the moment, my mother does the homework and takes care of us. She raises and sells hens to earn extra money while my father continues working in a farm by looking after the cows in the United States. He communicates with us and he sends money every 15 days to cover our family expenses. My parents are in good health and my father is sustains our family financially.
