My Story

Hello! My name is Alex Zacarias Pastor Hernandez, and I am glad to tell you my 2024 news through this letter. I am 24 years old, and I am doing well. Please, pray for my health. As you know, I am a deaf-mute boy. I used to wear hearing aids about seven years ago. Unfortunately, those no longer work. I want you to know that I usually help my younger brother and father to work in the field. We grow corn and beans for our consumption. My favorite food is sausages. I want you to know that my whole family and I are grateful to God because I can receive many benefits at LW-Adopt A Child. One of the greatest blessings is having a warm and tasty lunch at the feeding program. My mom is grateful to the staff for sharing the gospel with her and being on the lookout for our spiritual well-being. I celebrated Christmas at the feeding program last year. What I enjoyed the most was receiving a lovely gift.

Now, let me tell you a little about my family. Thankfully, everybody is doing well. My father is a farmer, and my mom is a housewife. My mom sells flowers at the market on Sundays to help at home with her income. We are passing through a difficult economic situation, so I beg you to pray for us. We raise hens and pigs for our consumption. Let me tell you that my whole family and I accepted Jesus as our Savior some years ago. Nowadays, we attend Emanuel Christian Church. To end this letter, I send you my best wishes. I hope to hear from you soon.
