My Story

Hello, my full name is Alicia Carolina Grave Chivalan. Thank you for the opportunity to send you my personal information. Thankfully, my whole family and I continue persevering in the Christian Life Church, and we like to seek God and feel close to him. I love the praise time. We are assured of our salvation because he is our Lord and savior. My mother asks for your prayers for our whole family. She gave this information to the LW teacher. She is a housewife, and she raises and sells her hens, pigs and cows to get some income. Moreover, she embroiders napkins to sell. Unfortunately, she is suffering from headaches and her vision is affected. She visited the public center from Zacualpa and she is waiting for the results from her medical tests. Meanwhile she takes medicines for the pain, and my father also is suffering from body pain. I help her to make tortillas. I love hot weather because here where I live, it is colder. I am fourteen and I am not studying this year due to a lack of money.

My father continues living and working in the United States. He works for a meat packing plant and sends money to cover our basic needs every two weeks. He calls us daily in spite of the distance. I want you to know that my father also belonged to the Feeding Program in the past and has good memories about the activities with youth and the soccer championships with the discipleship group. He enrolled me due to his nice experience, and now, my siblings and I enjoy the benefits. I like to pray and sing in the Bible classes.  Thank you for your support and love to me.
