This is Nissy Jireh Shalom Jolomna Pirir, and it is a joy for me to say hello to you through this. I hope this finds you doing well. I am eleven years old. This year I am in fifth grade, and am taking facet-to-face classes at school two days per week. I am using study guides to work at home, so the days I go to school, I hand in my homework. Learning has turned difficult to me since I have not learned enough. The thing I missed a lot from the feeding program was, the tasty food. For me to get there, it takes ten minutes by walking. To earn a living, both of my parents are vendors of assorted products. Thanks to it, they provide financially for us. My family and I go to the park and spend a good time together. Sometimes, we eat some snacks outside. We do not usually celebrate Christmas.
At the moment, we are attending Hebron Mount Church located five minutes away from home. My parents are Elder and I help with the sound in the church. The time the church was closed due to the pandemic, we were concerned about the situation, but sure that God was going to work in a special way. We own five-room house made of cement block, tin sheet and terrace roof and ceramic floor. We cook the meals within one room. We do have electricity and runnning water. The house condition is good. I take this time to thank to the feeding program for providing us with grocery bags during the pandemic. Food supplies is a greatest need at home, so it was all a blessing for us. Thank you very much! I pray God to pay you back greatly! Thankfully, my parents’ sales were not so affected, but they have been affected this year. They went down. We are believing to continue to see God’s faithfulness in our lives. I ask you to please pray for us to not have lack of money to meet study expenses which is also a basic need at home. Thanks in advance for your prayers. Currently, my family is doing well, and so am I, thanks to God. Finally, I want you to know, my mom gave this information in person to an Evangelism team member who visited us, to share with you my last news. I say good bye to you for now. I pray God you to stay healthy!
Lots of hugs,
Nissy Jireh Shalom Jolomna Pirir
