My Story

It is a tremendous blessing for me to say hello to you through this means. My name is Dulce Ruby, and I hope this letter finds you well. I live with my mother who makes a living as a domestic employee to give me what I need. Her name is Vidalia Sarai Ailon Sarat and she is 37 years old. As you know, my father passed away some years ago. We attend the Prince of Peace Church on Saturdays and Sundays. I want to use this opportunity to thank LW for blessing my family and me with God’s news and food. As for health, let me tell you that we are doing well. We have two lovely dogs at home as pets. I turned fourteen years old in August. What I love the most is going out with my mother to celebrate a new year of life. I am in seventh grade and I prefer to receive face-to-face classes because teaching is better and I can learn more. Our current economic situation is low to support my demanding school needs. Our greatest needs are food and a new bed. I would love to make a living as an accountant and speak German when I am older. Christmas is the most cheerful time ever! I love it because I can use that time to visit my extended family, such as uncles and aunts. My favorite drink is lemonade and I love taekwondo. I am 14 years old. When my birthday comes, I love going for walks with my mom. To end this letter, let me tell you that my mother gave all this information to an AAC member to inform you about my life. I say goodbye to you now, but I appreciate you taking the time to read this letter. May God bless you!

Many kisses and hugs,

Dulce Ruby Andrade Ailon
