My Story

First, thanks you so much for taking the time to read my letter. This is Deivyd, and I hope you find my last news engaging. At the moment, we do not attend any church. However, my mother could listen to the gospel thanks to the LW staff. They encouraged us to attend church again. Taking advantage of this, I want you to know that being part of this project is a blessing because of the loving support that I receive. My mother, Karla Alvarez, is 36 years old. She works by cleaning houses and spreading election flyers on the streets to support our family needs. I also work by giving flyers on the streets since I no longer attend school because I did not want to continue doing it.

Mr. Ricardo Poroj is my stepfather, and he is 39 years old. He helps us economically as a street vendor and spreads flyers too. Our resources are lower, so our most demanding needs are buying food and school supplies for my younger sister. Thankfully, my whole family and I are healthy. I will turn seventeen years old in October. What I love the most is eating a delicious cake to celebrate my birthday. Working as a mechanic catches my attention, so I hope to become the best someday. Christmas is the best holiday because of the pleasant environment that I can enjoy for this time. I love drinking Coca-Cola, and my favorite sport is basketball. This is all for now, but if you want to know something else about my life, do not doubt to ask it.
