My Story

Hello! My name is Olivia Biba. I am 15 years old and my birthday is on August. I am doing well and enjoy good health. My favorite color is pink and my future dream is to be a physiotherapist. I started to frequent high school, after receiving the certificate from the nineth grade. I go to take the lessons in the town in a different school and this is a new experience for me. I travel every morning to go to school in the nearest town of Prrenjas, since we have no high school in the village. I have joined a new class and slowly I am getting to know my classmates and staff of teachers. I still enjoy reading and my favorite subject is language and literature. After school I get together with my friends at the church where we have almost daily activities for children and youth. I help my parents when they do the Bible studies for teens and children and I also have a nice time with the friends that I have from the youth of the program of Adopt a Child. I believe in the Lord Jesus and read the Bible and pray constantly. My father is the pastor of the Living Water church in Katjel and my mother is also serving together with him. They are both working and serving for Living Water Adopt a Child Albania. I have two older brothers. They are also believers. One of them recently started to work for Living Water and he is serving doing maintains and leading worship on church services. My other brother is working in a barber shop in the town of Perrenjas, after completing his training to do this job. My grandmother and grandfather are living together with us and they are a big help to our family. My parents care to supply their needs but on the other side. My father has extended his farm and he has bought pigs, chickens and cows, besides the vineyard he has planted previously. My parents and brothers, besides serving are also working a whole lot in the fields and carrying for the animals of our farm. My father has a vehicle given to him from the Living Water and he uses that with purpose of his job as pastor. He needs to go often to the town or other locations to get trainings or meet with other pastors. My brothers are both leading worship during the Saturday service and I help them with the songs, putting them up on TV so people can sing and worship. I help my mother while she does the Bible classes for children and while she serves to the ladies during the fellowship time. My older brother is engaged and soon he is making plans about leaving our family to join with his fiancé. Thank you for your support to me and God bless you!
