My Story

Hello! My name is Hector Joaquin Hernandez Marroquin and I have belonged to the Feeding Program for many years. My mother registered me when she visited the Project, and she liked the good treatment for children.  She is grateful for the support for free for me. It has been a big blessing for my life. My mother gave my personal information to the LW teacher. As a family, we continue persevering in the Holy Spirit Voice Christian Church and we like to learn the word of God in the services. The LW teacher shared the gospel to my mother, but thankfully we are secure in our salvation. We try to do what is right so that we can be in heaven someday. My mother is thankful for the good advice and the teacher prayed for my family and mother`s health. Unfortunately, she continues suffering from diabetes and is taking medicines. Moreover, she suffers from eye cataracts. She dedicates her time to the family and she does the household duties. My father provides for our needs by working as a farmer. Currently, he is suffering from high blood pressure, but he is not taking medicines due to a lack of money.

I live with my parents, but my grandmother, aunts and cousins live with us at home. My grandmother shares the running water and electricity bills with my father. I organize my room and wash my clothing. I am sixteen and I am in 8^th grade this year. My favorite weather is cold. I am recovering from a motorcycle accident that I had. I suffered some scrapes and pain, but I am doing well. Thank you for reading my news. Have a nice day!
