My Story

My full name is Lilian Pamela Quinac Hernandez, and it is such a blessing to share with you a little about my life. First, let me tell you that I have had the opportunity to attend the feeding program for ten years. My mother still remembers when our friends invited us to go there. We have received valuable help from this organization just like many other people here in our town. May God continue to prosper LW-Adopt A Child and reward all those who contribute to build the kingdom here in Guatemala! Thankfully, I am a healthy 18-year-old girl. I am excited because I am already in high school. This is my first year of a professional career to become an accountant.

At home, I usually do some chores like sweeping and cleaning my bedroom since my mother keeps busy working as a farmer alongside my father. Fortunately, they are in good health. They strive to support my siblings and me. I like participating in my church because of the nice activities like Holy Week and Holy Mass. We are a Catholic family and trust in our salvation because God is merciful and loves us. Brother Franklin (a member of the evangelism team) encouraged us to keep going. He told us that he is also assured about his salvation because he accepted Jesus as his savior. To end this letter, I tell you that I like cold weather because I enjoy wearing my favorite sweaters.
