My Story

Hello! I am Geydy Angelica Flores Acual and I fondly greet you, hoping this letter finds you blessed and prospering in the name of Jesus. I am 17 years old and I am so happy to tell you that LW-Adopt A Child has blessed me with delicious food and medical and dental care for about thirteen years. My parents cannot repay this organization for all the support that I have received, but they know that God will reward all the sponsors bountifully for trusting in the social work of LW. I am pleased to tell you that my whole family and I are in good health. My father makes a living as a farmer and my mother works as a day laborer at a farm in order to bring food home.

I also work as a day laborer to contribute to the household expenses. My family and I still do not attend any church. Therefore, brother Emanuel (a member of the LW staff) encouraged us to look for God and attend  a church in order to strengthen our faith. This is all for now, but I want you to know that one of my aunts helped me to compose this letter for you. Please pray for my whole family and me so that God will keep us healthy and safe.
