My Story

Hello! I am so glad to greet you in the name of Jesus hoping you are doing great! Praise the Lord my family and I attend Rock of Salvation Methodist Church; we go on Mondays and Fridays. We trust our salvation in God. We enjoy good health. My mother is Juana Garcia Toj, and she is 45 years old. My father is Saturnino De la Cruz Jimon, and he is 48 years old. My parents are merchants, so they supply our household needs. We raise hens and pigs to sell and get extra income and harvest corn for our consumption.

I am Damaris Julissa De La Cruz Garcia, and I am a 12-year-old girl. This year I attended 5^th grade; my classes were at school again, and it helped my learning a lot. I thank God for blessing my parents with a job and resources to support me at school. My dream is to become a musician someday, so I hope to accomplish this goal. I would like to learn English; I think it is a very interesting language. My favorite drink is oatmeal, which is delicious. Marathon is the sport I like the most. I enjoy the Christmas season, especially since I am on holiday, and I can share time with my loved ones. On my birthday, I like to share a cake with my family, or my parents invite me to go out someplace. I feel so happy to be part of the feeding program because the support I receive is a great blessing for me; I enjoy the meals and the medical care is very important. We are in need of groceries and corn. I hope you keep well. May God bless you abundantly!
