My Story

My name is Rosendo Calachij Toj, and I am writing this letter to present myself. I am live with my family in Xemoxche village. Thank God, my parents are in good health, and they are doing their best to cover our needs. My father works as a day laborer in our village, and from November to January, he goes to pick coffee beans at the coast; my siblings and I accompany him there. My mother is a housewife, and she raises some pigs for our consumption. She helped me to give my information to the Evangelism team.

As a family, we are members of a Methodist Church, and to hear God’s Word is what motivates us to attend it. We have accepted Jesus in our hearts, so we know for sure that He will accept us in His Kingdom. I take the opportunity to ask for your prayers for my family’s provision and our health. I am in good health, and I am 14 years old. I am studying, and I am repeating 4^th grade this year. At home, I help with some chores like sweeping and taking out the trash. I prefer winter season because of the cool weather.

I have been attending the feeding program for 9 years, and I have learned praises at the Bible classes. My mother heard that LW Ministry helped needy children, so it motivated her to register me in it. She is very grateful for the food and Christmas present I have received all these years.
