My Story

My name is Vilma Josefina, and I want to share with you a little about me. I am very happy because I passed my grade last year, so I am in 4^th grade this year. I am 14 years old now, and I have been attending the feeding program since I was 4. I have been part of the Bible classes too, and I like them because we take time to pray. I am in good health, and in my free time, I help my mom to make tortillas and wash clothes. I like to wear sweaters, so I prefer cold days. I would like to ask for your prayers for the whole family’s well-being.

We are attending Prince of Peace Church, and hearing God’s Word is what motivates me to attend it. I know that Jesus came to die for our sins, so I am secure I will be able to enter His Kingdom someday. I am grateful to God because my parents are both in good health. They work hard to cover our needs. My dad works as a day laborer while my mother grows herbs and raises pigs for selling; she also does the household chores. My mom helped me with this letter for you, and she is grateful for the food and medicine I have received at the program; it has been a great blessing for us. I send you my best wishes.
