My Story

May the Lord’s mercy and providence be with you! I am Natalia Elisa Gutierrez Chingo and I want to share my news with you. Before starting, I want you to know that my mom helped me to write this letter. I am so happy because I am a healthy 13-year-old girl. I am dedicated to helping my mom with the household chores since I am not attending school. I no longer want to continue studying. One of my best friends is Yoselin. We met a few years ago. We like talking while we go to the feeding program. As you know, my father works hard on the land as a farmer and day laborer to support our family. My mom also does her best to help at home with her income. She sells edible plants at the market on Sundays. I identify with her because she is a good advisor. She is teaching me how I should do the chores. 

I am sure that Jesus is our Heavenly Father and God. He has been with my family and me all the time. As proof of that, everybody is doing well. I want to share that my younger sister was sick for about 15 days. This was a challenging experience because she had a bad fever and cough, and we did not know what we should do to help her. However, we prayed for her, and she got better because of God’s glory. We are members of the Assembly of God Church. Our favorite activity at church is Thanksgiving.
