My Story

Hello! My full name is Micaela Hernandez Barrera, and I am so happy to share my updated information with you. I am 22 years old and I am dedicated to helping my mother with the household chores. I sometimes work as a domestic employee. I have attended the feeding program for many years. I can enjoy delicious food and receive medicine, thanks to your donations. Between hot and cold weather, I prefer hot because I like drinking cold beverages. At church, I like singing and I would like to help to clean the temple. My family and I are members of the Catholic Church. We like all the activities held there, especially the community prayer.

I tell you that my mother considers that being a good person is really important besides accepting Jesus in your heart to being admitted into Heaven. Brother Hercules (a member of the LW staff) congratulated and encouraged her to keep going since she is assured about her salvation. It is time to say goodbye, but I kindly ask you to pray for my youngest brother since he has trouble learning. In advance, thank you so much!
